By using this website, submitting a form, or booking with Brilliant U Permanent Makeup LLC, you agree to these terms.
Services and results
Permanent makeup is a cosmetic procedure. Results vary by skin type, healing, and lifestyle and are not guaranteed. Final eligibility is determined at the consultation.
Appointments
Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us. The free consultation takes about 30 minutes.
Card on file
A valid card is required to book a procedure online. Your card is not charged when you book. It is kept securely on file with Square and is only charged according to this policy. No card is needed for the free consultation.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Changes made 48 hours or more in advance are free.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or do not come, the following fee is charged to your card on file:
- Initial procedure (Perma Brows, Lip Blushing, Lash Line): $100
- Touch-up: $50
- Removal: $50
- Free consultation: no fee
There is a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show: the appointment is cancelled and the no-show fee applies.
SMS Terms
Program name: Brilliant U Permanent Makeup appointment messages.
By checking the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Brilliant U Permanent Makeup about your inquiry, consultation, and appointments (for example, answers to your questions, scheduling, confirmations, and reminders). Some messages are sent by Esther, our AI-assisted scheduling assistant, on behalf of Anya.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
